"Aftermath of Order 66"

What an epic and deserving end to the "Star Wars: The Clone Wars." Getting inside the Clones' heads for Order 66.
From loyal friendship (these clones painted Ahsoka's colors on their helmets), to the bitter end.  Absolutely inspired by Dave Filoni's iconic imagery.

"Darth Maul, Smoldering Sunset"

Darth Maul's lightsaber has always been fascinating.  (Admittedly, I have a thing for lightsabers).  Over the years, it has been wonderful hearing Ray Park describe his role in creating this iconic Sith lord.
Here, Maul is set against a smoldering sunset, with the final light glowing through his eyes.

"Boba Fett: Light of the Storm"

There's only one Boba F E T T (and he lives!).  Captured this Mandalorian with the Dented Helmet in this iconic pose.  Meanwhile, the world is falling apart behind him, with lightning strikes and an active volcano in the distance.
Photography from atop Mauna Kea, Hawaii of a lightning storm with the distant glow of Kilauea volcano.

Inspired by Obi-Wan's anguished quote:
"You were my brother Anakin. I loved you..."

To stand in for Mustafar, I set this battle on the lava fields of Kilauea, with a Big Island sunset adding fire to the flames.

"Darth Maul, the Fire Within"

The hate that burns in Maul's eyes is reflected by actual flowing lava from Kilauea volcano.
Painted details of Maul's lightsaber complete this piece.

"The Force Awakens: Stormtrooper On Distant Lands"

This First Order Trooper was created pre-release of "The Force Awakens" film.  I was so inspired by the new helmet design.
Standing in for distant planets is the summit crater of Haleakala volcano in Maui.
